The raw milk produced at Hua Xia Dairy Farm has naturally occurring high levels of fat, protein and other key minerals and vitamins. They well exceed national standards. Other key measurements for milk quality include TBC – total bacteria count and SCC – somatic cell count. The test results which are consistently obtained for Hua Xia Dairy Farm’s raw milk place it on a par with the very best of US, Australian/New Zealand and European raw milk. The levels far exceed minimum standards required in China. In addition, our cows are given NO growth hormones and our milk contains no antibiotics or additives of any kind.。
